Executive Team

Curt Boisfontaine, Principal
Curt Boisfontaine founded Meridian in 1994, and has been involved in the real estate industry since 1982. He is currently the sole Director of Meridian's entities and is President of Meridian Capital Corporation. He began his career with Preston Carter Company, a Dallas-based property management and investment sales firm, and later joined Landmark Land Company as Executive Vice President. He also served as Director of real estate acquisitions for Landmark affiliate Oak Tree Capital, Inc. Curt completed his formal education in 1981 at Tulane University, where he studied economics.
Donna Clements, President
Donna is known as an honest and straight-forward advisor and operates Meridian Mexico with the highest level of integrity. Her focus is not merely on mortgage financing programs, but in providing the personal consultative attention to accurately determine the optimal course of structure and strategy for her clients. Donna takes the time to know her clients and evaluates their financial goals and objectives carefully before she creates the specific financing programs that would best suit her clients' needs.
